- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement for the renovation of the latrines at the Upland US Army Reserve Center in Upland, California. The intent of this project is to renovate the four bathrooms located at the Upland Army Reserve center. In the Mens room #111 and in the Womens room #102 a complete removal and replacement shall be accomplished per the scope of work, as shown in both the written scope and drawings. In the Mens room #117 and Womens room # 121, partial renovation shall be accomplished per the scope of work and drawings attached. All work will be free from defects. Solicitation number W9124N-09-R-0049 will be available on or about 19 August 2009. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for Wednesday 26 August 2009 at 10:00am (PST). Site Visit location is: U. S. Army Reserve Center, Thrall Hall, 1284 East 7th Street, Upland, CA 91786-5532 The primary Site Visit POC is Ms. Deborah Burr, (951)653-6251. Alternate Site Visit POC: Wayne Alves, (562) 795-1444. Only contractors that sign in during the mandatory site visit will be considered for this acquisition. Proposals are due Friday, 11 September 2009 at 4:30 pm (PST). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Firms only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0M. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project and must be submitted within fifteen days after contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
