- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ), #FA8604-09-Q-7055. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, 11 Aug 2009, DCN 20090815, and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. This is a brand name acquisition for Accordent supplies. (See attachments for additional information.). This is a 100% small business set-aside. Contractor must currently be registered in Central! Contractor Registration (CCR). See attachment for contract line items numbers (CLINs), requirement description and quote sheet. All items shall be priced in order to be considered a complete, responsive quote. FOB point: Destination. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), 26 Aug 2009. POC: Denise A.
