- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W52P1J09R0079. The government has a requirement for Atmospheric/Advisory services for the Iraq Joint Operations Area. Advisors range from executive level advisors for subject matter experts in the areas of Governance, Public administration, rule of law, civil justice, criminal justice and the court system, detention operations, economics and commerce, business development, agricultural/irrigation engineering, Electrical power, oil and petroleum services, medical, veterinary, education, culture/religion, military operations. Specific details of this procurement will be available when the solicitation is issued on or about 23 October 2009. The proposed contract will be for a six month base period with three six month option periods, for a total period of performance of two years.
