- AMENDMENT W91ZLK-09-T-0739-0001 IS ISSUED TO EXTEND REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS W91ZLK-09-T-0739 CLOSING DATE TO OCTOBER 20, 2009 @ 5:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date and time, via fax at 410-306-3726 or email at susan.sowa@us.army.mil at the US Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division Attention: CCRD-AI-IC, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013. Amendment W91ZLK-09-T-0739-0001 also provides clarifications and revisions to the Blowing Sand and Dust Chamber Performance Work Statement. Reference the revised Performance Work Statement attached. A site visit will be conducted by the Contracting Officer at the Aberdeen Test Center, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005 on October 5, 2009 and October 6, 2009. The purpose is for potential offerors to familiarize themselves with all the requirements. Advise the Contracting Officer Ms. Susan Sowa per email at susan.sowa@us.army.mil whether or not you will attend, giving name, title, telephone number and FAX number of each attendee. Failure to visit the job site will not disqualify an offer; however, the offeror acts at his/her own risk and will not be relieved from complying with the terms and conditions of any resultant contract by reason of such failure. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. Amendment W91ZLK-09-T-0739-0001 also incorporates the DFAR Clauses in lieu of the FAR Clauses. DFARS provision 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate instead of the provision at FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Act Certificate. Incorporate the following DFARS Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements instead of the clause at FAR 52.225-5, Trade Agreements.
