- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912BU-09-P-0250. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Dianne Gibson & Associates to provide technical services pertaining to the electrical, electronics, control and monitoring systems for the dredge YAQUINA. Dianne Gibson & Associates was involved in the late 1980s with the installation of the Tracor control and monitoring system and has an inimitable knowledge the specific control and monitoring installed aborad the YAQUINA. The period of performance shall be approximately six (6) calendar months, commencing upon Notice To Proceed. All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work and contractors proposal. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 336611 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
