- The following are questions and answers about this requirement: 1. Q: Are there additional marquees beyond the 4 being replaced in the bid? A: Not on Gunter. Software should control at least the new marquee’s being offered. If possible propose bid with suggested software. 2. Q: Please specify if the training is to be performed on-site by factory trained personnel, or via telephone/web by factory trained personnel. A: Would prefer some initial on site with web/on call follow up 3. Q: Will the signs all say the same thing or work independently? A: The signs need to have the capability to work independently or say the same thing depending on the user's needs.
