- Revised Ski Boots & Equipment Listing which includes quantities for each size of boots, skis, poles and bindings. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation of Purchase Request F1W3Q49246A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Item 0001: 242 pairs of Exalt Rental Black Alpine Ski Boots, PN: G0640 Item 0002: 40 pairs of J3 Dark Grey Comp Jr Ski Boots, PN: 48570 Item 0003: 70 pairs of J4 Dark Grey Comp Jr Ski Boots, PN: G8560 Item 0004: 41 pairs of R18 Black Jr Ski Boots, PN: G8580 Item 0005: 112 pairs of Bandit 72 Flash/Axium Speedset Rental Skis, PN: F0830 Item 0006: 77 pairs of Edge Jr II Rental Skis, PN: F0870 Item 0007: 24 pairs of Edge Jr I Rental Skis, PN: F0880 Item 0008: 71 pairs of Jr Rental Poles, PN: J9520 Item 0009: 240 pairs of Adult Rental Poles, PN: J8620 Item 0010: 24 pairs of Comp J RTL Rental Bindings (size 73mm), PN: P8620 Item 0011: Shipping/Freight Costs to Elmendorf AFB. (IMPORTANT - see attached Revised Ski Boots & Equipment Listing document for exact quantities of each size) Shipping and Delivery: FOB Destination shipping costs shall be included in line item 0011, and date of delivery shall be by NLT 30 days ARO. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; please note, these items must be Rossignol brand (with the exclusion of ski poles) in order to maintain continuity and compatibility with existing inventory at Hillberg Winter Complex. (ii) price (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (End of Provision) In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). This is a best-value procurement. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1.
