- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation of Purchase Request F1W3Q49246A002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 441222 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Item 0001: 10 each, aluminum fishing boats, 14' length, 70" beam, max hp capacity 40, must have 20" transom for long shaft motor, PN: LUND-SSV-14 or equal Item 0002: 10 each, galvanized boat trailer for 14' fishing boats, EZ Loader PN: 1417/1250 or equal Shipping and Delivery: Please include FOB Destination shipping costs in line items. Date of delivery shall be NLT 30 days ARO. Place of delivery for acceptance and FOB point will be Equipment Rental, 7301 13th St, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506. POC: Steven Ray, 907-552-5323. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; please note boats must have 20" transom for long shaft motors (ii) price   (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (End of Provision) In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). This is a best-value procurement. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1.
