Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TRANSMOTION MEDICAL; 1441 WOLF CREEK TRAIL, SHARON CENTER, OH 42274, to purchase twenty two MULTI-PURPOSE CH -24V in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. These are very specific instruments and custom upgrading will need to be added to the chair. These items will also require storage of up to eight months due to the ambulatory centers construction not being finshished. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 9/25/2009 C.O.B. Responses should be sent to jesse.rumbel@va.gov or faxed to Jesse Rumbel at (412) 954-5670. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
