Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS REQUIRMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER AN EXISTING CONTRACT FOR A MODIFICATION FOR THE NEW BUILDING 1 EXTENSION PROECT AT THE NIST CAMPUS IN BOULDER, COLORADO. This post-award notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR subpart 5.705. Contract number SB1341-08-CN-0044, Modification 19, was awarded to PCL Construction of Denver, Colorado on September 21, 2009 in the amount of $553,827.00. The period of performance for the contract remains the same, Notice to Proceed was November 3, 2008 and substantial completion is April 27, 2010. Work under this modification is for TPO Roof Foam, Platform Steel and Stairs, Exhaust Stack support steel, and Roof Drain piping.
