- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (FAR 52.232-18) Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order: Dyess AFB, TX intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Phoenix Teledata Services, Inc. for a service to an existing medical treatment facility telephone appointment line system. Line item 0001: Monthly maintenance for the 7MDG appointment line system. Line item 0002: Reimbursables for parts. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. North American Industrial Classification Standard 811213 and Size Standard $7M apply to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and currently registered in the on-line representations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 5 calendar days of date of publication will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement and complete the sole source award is solely within the discretion of the Government. The reference number is F1R4MD9167A001.
