RECOVERY- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W912P5-08-D-0005, INCA Engineers, Inc. The Nashville District U.S. Army Corp of Engineers has a requirement for A/E services for the Kentucky Lock addition project. These services would include preparation of the final plans and technical specifications for the new lock upstream and down stream miter gates.
