- The Solicitation W9124M-09-R-0023 is amended with the following Changes: 1. CLIN Description updated 2. PWS updated 3. Allow submission of offers/quotes/proposal via email. 4. Provide the Questions and Answers posed on the solicitation. 5. Change the Close date to 28 September 2009 at 12:00 PM Please refer to the summary of changes section of the SF30 amending the solicitation.
