You may mail or fax your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, fax number (256) 955-9237; email Michael.haywood1@us.army.mil. No telephone request will be accepted. NOUN: Cable Assembly, PRON: D19H3238D1, NSN: 6150-01-091-0065, PN: MIS-20096/43, Quantity: Min 20 / Max 145 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the Patriot Missile System. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX. Government Tested Quality Verification (QV) is required. Required delivery is 20 each 135 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside allowing small business concerns to compete with Federal Prison Industries (FPI). Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns and FPI. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
