- The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, permits, appurtenances, and supervision necessary to: (1) renovate existing Physical Therapy to include construction of five new enclosed exam rooms and renovation of six existing offices; (2) construct 6 new offices and renovate a conference room in the Community Health area; (3) renovate three offices and construct two new offices in the Contract Health area; (4) renovate two exam rooms and add a door to the Medical Clinic area; and (5) renovate a clean room in Lab area at the Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma. The contractor must plan and schedule work with the project manager to maintain full services to all occupied areas and limit any disruptions.
