- THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIEDACQUISITION FAR PART 13. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis toCooper Notification, Inc., 7565 Commerce Court, Sarasota, FL 34243 on a FirmFixed Price Purchase Order for the following items: (100) Uninterruptible Power Supply, P/N UPS-901;(10) Amplified Assembly, RF, 1W, Indoor, P/N AMP-RF-1;(50) Antenna Assembly, Omnidirectional, 9DB1, P/N ANT-109-OM;(50) Enclosure, Universal use, 18" x 16" Composite, P/N NEMA-4-TRX(100) Field Transceiver, 2.4GHZ include backplate & Cable; This equipment is replacing equipment currently in place. NO HARD COPY WILL BE PREPARED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION. THis Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
