Description

The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (Code S1924) intends to solicit and contract with Fluke Electronics Corporation on a sole-source basis for this requirement. The Fluke Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the electronic Transfer Standards to be covered by the Gold CarePlans. As a result, the Fluke Corporation is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of services required by the Marine Corps Transfer Standard Program. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data to purchase this service from other than the current source. No other product will suffice due to the required updates and calibration standards required. No formal solicitation will be posted for this requirement. Any potential source may contact the persons indicated above to potentially offer on future requirements. Manufacturer - Fluke Electronic Corporation (CAGE 4U744) Part Numbers - The plans will cover Transfer Standard models 5520A, 5820A, and 9640A. Quantity - 62 assets covered. Unit of Issue - Each Destination - Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA.
