- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM, intends to award a contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Harris Stratex. We have a requirement for NETBOSS software maintenance used to monitor WSMR range operations network. The software is exclusively licensed by Harris Stratex.
