- The Department of the Army, Installation Contracting Command, Enterprise and Installation Operations, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Calix Networks, Inc., 1035 North McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA 94954, a contractor for electronic circuit board parts and connectors. The upgrade is proprietary in nature and Calix is the only known source that can continue the maintenance on Calix equipment currently being utilized at White Sands Missile Range. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a capability statement by 7:00 pm MST 27 September 2009.
