- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ09t0227. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting office, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract contract using full and open competition procedures to the BIO RAD LABORATORIES, 4000 Alfred Nobel Drive, Hercules, CA 94547-1803. Award will be base plus three option years to provide Immunoassay plus control levels 1, 2, 3 in liquid form, Liquichek urine controls, level 1 and 2, Spinal fluid control 751, 1 and 2 levels, Liquichek diabetes, ctrl 740,Cardiac marker lvel 1, 2, 3, EOTH AMM Level 1, 2,3,; Immunology level 1, 2, 3,; Multiqual level 1, 2, 3; Liquid immunoassay plus ctrl level l1, 2, 3,; Virotrol 1 class f, Virotrol II class a, Virotrol 111 class a; Viroclear Cat 00106; Liquicheck torch plus # 239 and neg # 228. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-09-T-227. Requirement shall be sole sourced. Parties interested in future announcemnents shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certification to cleary meet all the requirements stated above. No exception made. All responses must be received by 28 September @ 0700 AM. via email to Donna Blossom at donna.blossom@us.army.mil. No telephone calls responded to.
