- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER W912DR-05-D-0005. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers awarded a firm fixed priced Task Order CK02 against basic Contract W912DR-05-D-0005, a contract which was previously competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract on 10 Jan 2005. The scope of work for this task order involves collection of sediment at Mobile Harbor with subsequent analysis of dredged material. Contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds were previously incorporated into the Basic contract.
