- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: W9124R-09-T-1123 Response: 28 September 2009, 12:00 PM MST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 (10 September 2009) and class deviation 2009-O0011 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs) current to DCN 20090825 edition. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Shipping will be FOB destination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for Radiant Communications Corp., 5512 Merrick Road, Suite 123, Massapequa, NY 11758 equipment. This acquisition is being solicited as a sole brand commercial acquisition. USAYPG currently has Radiant Communications Corp. equipment and similar instrumentation is needed to maintain compatibility in form, fit and function with the existing equipment. See below for list of required equipment: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 40, Description: #WVI915S1M-TSAM, 9 video transmitter card, CLIN 0002: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 40, Description: #WVI915SLM-R-R, 9 video receiver card, CLIN 0003: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 8, Description: WV1223-48, power supply, CLIN 0004: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 8, Description: WVI223, 20 channel video shelf, CLIN 0005: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 8, Description: WVI100S2M-R, 10 channel video transmitter, CLIN 0006: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 8, Description: WVI100S2M-T, 10 channel video receiver. Per FAR 52.212-2, the Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the proposal will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical capability of the item offered to meet the requirement and price. All quotations shall be clearly marked with Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number W9124R-09-T-1123 and emailed to the POC below no later than 12:00 PM MST, 28 September 2009. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
