- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with United Western Technologies Corporation (UniWest), Pasco, WA for thirteen (13) Canopy Sill Longeron Inspection Kits (P/N 99785) in support of the F/A-18 Program. The Government does not own the drawings or the data rights for this effort. NAWCAD, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure the items listed above under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses should reference N68335-09-T-0241.
