- SEEKING POSSIBLE SOURCES ONLY!!!! IF INTERESTED PLEASE SEND YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION (WEBSITE, BROCHURES AND POINT OF CONTACT ETC) TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (TANISHA DAVIS). DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: DOCUMENT PRINTING Solicitation for Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Gas Coupons for the Netherlands and Germany. Complete artwork proofs of each type of coupon and booklet to be printed shall be delivered to the AAFES Europe Retail Operations Office for approval. The proofs and color samples will be provided at no cost and become the property of AAFES. Coupon Paper: Security Paper 80 g/sqm (weight must be exact), chemically sensitized and must include an AAFES Europe Retail Operations Office approved two dimensional pattern watermark exclusively for AAFES, Europe. Binding and Perforation: Books will be stapled. Each stapled spine and the back will be covered by a 15mm colored tape. Coupons will be perforated 8mm from the left edge. Perforating must permit easy separation of the coupons from the book, but must allow the coupons to remain in the book during normal handling and storage. Coupon Books shall be packaged in sets of 20 books, in cardboard cartons containing 500 books each. Coupon books will be packed in each carton by sequential serial numbers with the beginning number stated on the exterior of each carton. Coupon Covers: Front and Back covers will be offset cardboard 170 g/sqm. Serial Numbers: Serial Numbers shall be determined by the contractor after coordination with the AAFES Europe Retail Operations Office at the time of order. Each coupon book shall have a unique serial number, and its contents must have the same serial number.
