- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for BEA and Hyperion software maintenance for the licenses owned by CGI Technology and Solutions Inc., 4050 Legato Rd, Fairfax, VA 22033-2867 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source). The period of coverage commences from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. No RFP will be issued as a result.
