- RECOVERY--Work consists of removal of unclassified material to an authorized depth of 8 feet plus 2 feet of allowable overdepth at Lock and Dam 1, 2, and 3 on the Cape Fear River, Bladen County, North Carolina. The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 30 October 2009 with bids due on or about 8 December 2009. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested parties must REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you or your company with notification of any changes to this solicitation. You shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from the solicitation. The web site is http://www.ccr.gov.
