- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure Shore Power Cable Connector Kits with either Leviton hoods and contacts or Duraline hoods and contacts for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic located in Norfolk, Virginia. Interested vendors should note that Brand Name Specific Leviton or Duraline contacts and hoods are required. The requested delivery date is within 60 days after date of contract award but offerors should cite their best delivery terms in their quotes. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic requires some of the connector kits quickly and partial deliveries and invoices will be authorized. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m., 28 September 2009 and may be e-mailed to bonnie.parker@navy.mil or faxed to 757-443-1424, attention Bonnie Parker. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423610 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers). The solicitation has been posted with this modification. The solicitation number is N00189-09-T-0702 and the complete specifications are provided in the solicitation. Technical questions must be directed to Bonnie Parker in writing via e-mail at bonnie.parker@navy.mil. General questions may be asked via e-mail, telephone call (757-443-1410), or fax (757-443-1424). Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online and Federal Business Opportunities websites, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
