- The following additional information is provided concerning the required quality of the used containers to be provided. Containers do not have to be wind and water tight. The used containers can be provided as is, as long as they also meet the following conditions: Can be stacked at least two high; do not have any areas that are rusted through; holes approximately the size of nail holes are permissable; and dents up to twelve inches are permissible. Doors do not have to be operational. Pad eyes to facilitate lifting with a crane are not required. Stacking cones are not required. The 20 foot and 40 foot containers can be up to 8 feet six inches high, and the 40 foot containers can be up to 9 feet six inches high. FOB Destination delivery is to Range Headquarters on Alabama Highway 27, approximately halfway between Ozark and Enterprise, Alabama; Range Headquarters is not located within the gates of the Fort Rucker cantonment area. Delivery must be made within 60 days after receipt of order. The date and time for receipt of quotes is unchanged.
