- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This posting is to inform potential providers that Air Force Mortuary Affairs Office (AFMAO) Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the following: 0001 - Cat#8.3200.0020 - QTY: 1 EA - Swissray ddR Compact Right Version. Includes HD-3000 ddr C-Arm stand, ApS, Remote control, eXper3000 Patient Management and Control System, ddR Workstation, 21" LCD Flat Panel Monitor, SwissVision XG 3000 Software, DICOM Modality Worklist including MPPS, X-ray Generator 65kW, X-ray tube, Multileaf Collimeter, initial application package and standard 12 month warranty. 0002 - Cat#6.0021.9101 - QTY: 1 EA - 80kW Generator and X-ray tube upgrade. 0003 - Cat#6.2002.0001 - QTY: 1 EA - UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply 0004 - Cat#8.5000.0002 - QTY: 1 EA - Mobile Patient Table IGS 500 0005 - One-Time - QTY: 1 EA - Removal of existing Swissray equipment FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION - Brand Name for Swissray or Equal. Supplies/Services contained in this solicitation aare for Delivery FOB: Destination to Dover AFB, DE 19902. The details of contract: The North American Industry Classification system code is 811219. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation.
