- RECOVERY--The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment (unless otherwise specified) necessary to install a new 15KW standby diesel generator, day tank and automatic transfer switch at the Goshen Relay Station, Goshen, Connecticut in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The generator, day tank and transfer switch to be installed shall be new and unused and the most recent manufacturers model. As part of this contract, the existing generator and all other replaced generator-related items shall be removed by the contractor and should be included in the bid price. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 9 October 2009 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) which links to the FedTeds website (see below). Prospective contractors are required to self register their firm on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
