- RECOVERY The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified firms under the COMMISSIONING AND EXPERT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES / NATIONWIDE IDIQ CONTRACTS (Multiple Award) to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) services under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order Contract. Consequently, this is a request for qualifications (RFQ) to the A-E firms participating in the abovementioned IDIQ. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment necessary to provide engineering and commissioning expertise to conduct re-commissioning / retro-commissioning planning, identify energy conservation and water conservation measures, scoping, testing, investigation, evaluation, analysis, calculations, recommendations, and report writing services.
