- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Solicitation W912L209T0021 is being issued as a Request for Quotation This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code that applies is 236220 and business size is $33,500,000.00. This requirement is for a raised access floor solution at the 162nd Fighter Wing Civil Engineering Section, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Building 28, Tucson, AZ, 85706. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to install 6 raised access flooring and support structure for approximately 770 sq ft area with factory carpeted panels, black rubber cove at base, two 6 high steps at doors, 6 long ramp with railing at door, equipment cutout options, utility access panels options for the Arizona Air National Guard Base, 162nd Fighter Wing, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Building 28, Tucson, AZ, 85706. Normal work hours of the Tucson Arizona Air National Guard are 6:15am to 3pm Arizona time. An organized site visit has been scheduled for this requirement at 08:00 am, Friday, September 25, 2009 at the 162nd Fighter Wing, Arizona Air National Guard, 1500 E Valencia, Tucson, AZ 85706. Participants will meet in the base contracting office, building 9, room S201. Interested parties are urged to attend to inspect the site and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect costs, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to Tucson, AZ 85706 Attached provisions and clauses will be incorporated by reference or by full text as appropriate.
