- Determination and Findings Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 341CCS, Bldg 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402 Description The 341st Comptroller-Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, MT intends to award contract to Sassafras Software for 350 upgraded subscriptions to K-2 KeyServer and KeyAuditor software. Sassafras has exclusive rights to this software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The services included in KeyServer and KeyAuditor software are unique to Sassafras Software and similar services cannot be purchased from any other entity. A complete Determination and Findings document citing rationale behind this action is attached.
