- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN has arequirement for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools,equipment and supervision necessary for asphalt repair, resurfacing andrestriping the West Tenth Street (WTS) location parking lots located atthe Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West Tenth Street,Indianapolis, IN 46202.Work includes, but is not limited to, milling,new asphalt, raising and lowering manholes and replacement of expansionjoints in accordance with drawings and specifications. SET-ASIDEINFORMATION: This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the authorityof FAR 16, 14, Public Law 109-461 and the Veterans Benefits Healthcareand Information Technology Act of 2006 and is a 100% Set-Aside forService-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SDVOSB mustbe a small business under the relevant North American IndustrialClassification Standard (NAICS) code and MUST be registered and verifiedin the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://ccr.gov,and http://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Bidders MUST ensureregistration at these websites are accurate and have not expired.Project magnitude of construction is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Theapplicable NAICS code is 238110. The solicitation documents will beposted at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about October 23, 2009.Dissemination of the specifications is limited to electronic medium.Drawings will be available electronically with the solicitationdocuments. All interested bidders (prime contractors & subcontractors)should register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of yourinterest in participating in this procurement and for automatic receiptof updates and/or amendments. A Bidder's Mailing List WILL NOT beprepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is theBidder's responsibility to register at the Fedbizopps website.SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: Amendments to the solicitation will be postedat www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies of the amendment will NOT beindividually mailed. By registering to "Receive Notification", you willbe notified by e-mail of any new amendments that have been issued andposted. No other notification amendment will be provided. Bidders arereminded that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging allamendments to this solicitation prior to the time for receipt of bids asprescribed by FAR 52.214-3 Amendments to Invitation for Bids.
