Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation IAW FAR 12.603. The Dept of the Air Force intends to issue a sole source award to EADS North America Test & Services, 4 Goodyear, Irvine, CA 92618-2096, for the following items: 3 each SR192-1-0002 (Each kit contains one each of SR192-1, one each of SR101, one each of SR210, and tweleve each of SR115) 4 each SR211 - sr192 Digital Probe. Provides LED indicators for good signal, pulsing signal, and contact sending, +/- 10VDC, analog measurement 3 each SR/301 - SR192 Connector Kit (includes mating connectors for J1-J6, J8, J9, and J10) 3 each SR/302-T - SR192 3' Twisted Pair Ribbon Cable (60 pin I/O conn to 2 - 34 pin headers) for J8 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED.
