- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # W912JB09T4065 All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35 and DFARS Change Notice 20090721. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 339999 and Size Standard 500 apply to this procurement. This request is solicited as advertise only. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made.
