- RECOVERY-PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTS UNDER CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER W9127N09D0004. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award task order 10 under contract W9127N09D0004 for the development of plans and specifications to repair the navlock corner armor and upstream guidewall HDPE rub rails and to rehabilitate the adult ladder fishway sluice gates, operations, and controller system. The anticpated amount of the award is $448,572.00 to be funded with Recovery Act monies.
