- Source Source Justification PROGRAMMING, WIRING AND INSTALLATION OF ADT MAG LOCK ACCESS SYSTEM: The U.S. Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson Air Force Base requires the above services to install the user supplied Software House Access Control/Mag lock security system hardware designed by ADT Advanced Integration. The contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies needed to complete the installation; no government property shall be provided. The service contract shall also include a one year warranty and all travel to and from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The NAICS for this requirement is 561621. The solicitation number is FA8601-09-T-0118. The proposed contract is for a performance period of 25 September 2009 to 24 April 2010. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, ADT Security Services, INC of Cincinnati, OH, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within 5 days of the issuance of this notice shall be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
