- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Appliances to be delivered to RAF Croughton. //CLIN 0001: 25 x Siemens Washing Machine Model WM12S383GB or equal //NOTE: Please ensure shipping costs are included in quote. All appliances must be 240V. Appliances must have a 5 year warranty, includes call out parts and labor and must not take effect until the moment that the appliance is placed into use. This could be 1-2 years from the time of delivery. // The clause at FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation //The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. //The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of the provision are i) Price ii) Technical capability of offered item to meet the Government's needs.
