- Description
- The scope of this project generally consists of, but is not limited to; the removal and replacement of the existing hydronic boiler and circulating pumps, the removal and replacement of the existing office air handling unit, ductwork, and the associating air cooled condensing unit. The project shall also include the demolition of an existing through wall air conditioning unit; the replacement of existing ceiling hung heating ventilating units, hot water unit heaters, electric heating coils in the restrooms and offices, and a cabinet unit heater in the main building's vestibule. The project shall install new suspended ceilings in the offices, provide certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC equipment, provide minor masonry repair, wall patching, concrete walkway, and other minor miscellaneous architectural items. Demolition of asbestos containing materials is required for this contract.
