- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED THE IDIQ CONTRACT. The Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, Contract Number W91248-08-D-0001 with Rogers Group, Inc, Hopkinsville, KY 42241. The requirement is for Contractor to cold mill approximately 340 square yards of asphalt to a depth of 3 inches. Contractor shall apply asphalt tack coat to milled surface to provide adhesion to new surface to be applied. Contractor shall apply 2 runs of (1 inch each) of Concrete Binder course over entire milled area. Contractor shall apply 1 run (1 inch) Concrete Finish Course and roll to meet existing grades of asphalt. Contractor shall fill any voids found as part of this operation to maintain a solid grade over the milled area. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
