- Below is an answer to a question that was asked: 1. The original solicitation published in August identified this project as a SDVOB set aside. The new solicitation calls for a 100% small business set aside. Would the government prefer a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business deliver these services? Answer: The posting in August was a Sources Sought Notice used as a market survey to help determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and/or HUBZone small businesses capable of serving the needs identified. The Sources Sought Notice was for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research. We do encourage SDVOBs to respond.
