- Description
- The United States Government is interested in leasing modern warehouse space consisting of 23,160 Usable square feet to a maximum of 25,476 Usable square feet. Space should be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout. The Government will require forty (40) interior parking spaces, within the offered space, at no additional cost to the Government. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Interstate 55 South: 79th Street East: South Western Avenue West: South Cicero Avenue The proposed lease is for a ten (10) year term, (Five (5) years firm), and quoted rates should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2011. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. Special Requirements include: a 14 foot (14') high roll-up door and a minimum of fourteen feet (14') clear ceiling height, facility must accommodate vehicular loads in the interior of the building, be fully sprinklered and meet other security related specifications. One loading dock and one dock leveler is preferred. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
