- Eastern District of Wisconsin Grand Jury Deposition Court Reporting Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Attorney Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a thirty (30) mile radius from locations listed in the Statement of Work. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; NAICS is 561492 with a size standard 6.5M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA89-10-0020. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-4 “ Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item” and 52.212-5 “ Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation “Evaluation Criteria”. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via: email to tony.russell@usdoj.gov on or before 4:00PM EST., September 28, 2009. Quotes are due on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail, courier or hand delivered to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, N.W., Suite 5200, Acquisition Staff, Washington, D.C. 20530, and Attn: Tony Russell. Faxes will not be accepted. E-mail to tony.russell@usdoj.gov All quotes shall reference: “RFQ-EOA89-10-0020” on the front of the package/page. The request for quotations document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09.
