- This synopsis is for the following NSN: 3655-01-169-3955, Hoist, Unit of issue is Each, and is in accordance with the following: Part Number 21-19626 MKA from Treadwell Corporation Cage 81412. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus one option year. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement. For 3655-01-169-3955, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity, which is 12 EA for the base and option year. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 1 EA. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 24 EA for the base and the option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option year is 1/12 EA. Unrestricted solicitation will be issued under the procedures of Other than Full & Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 140 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. This item is a critical application item but not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 09/11/09. The solicitation will be issued on Ocotober 6, 2009 with a closing date of November 3, 2009.
