- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for non-personal services items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The solicitation number M6700109Q00391 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110. Line Item #0001: PROTESTANT DIRECTOR OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION DURING THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF 01 OCTOBER 09 THRU 30 SEPTEMBER. QUANTITY: 12 MONTHS. THIS REQUIRMENT IS FOR ONE (1) BASE YEAR AND THREE (3) OPTION YEARS. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RESUME, AND AN ESTIMATE FOR THE OPTION YEARS IN YOUR PROPOSAL. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. This is in support of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28542.
