Description
Amendment 1 to RFQ HUD-ATL-CSS-2 Amendment 1 to RFQ HUD-ATL-CSS-2, Appraisals on 11 properties in Florida 1. The deadline for quotations on this RFQ is extended to noon eastern time, on Friday, September 25, 2009. 2. A REVISED Quotation Sheet is attached for this RFQ.* This REVISED Quotation Sheet divides the properties into five groups. An offeror may submit a quotation on one or more or all of the groups. Given the division of these properties into groups, the award information in the Information Sheet enclosed with the original RFQ will apply on a group basis, rather than for all 11 properties. That is, HUD will evaluate the offers received by group. All other information in the Information Sheet, including what must be submitted with responses, is unchanged. *Any offeror having already submitted a response to this RFQ using the Quotation Sheet in the original RFQ must submit the REVISED Quotation Sheet by the deadline specified above. 3. Offerors are reminded that, as indicated by the original RFQ, the properties on which the appraisals are needed are healthcare facilities of various types and, accordingly, the same or similar experience used as the basis of an offeror's required detailed experience statement must have been on the same kind or similar kind of healthcare facilities. Experience with appraisals on facilities that are not healthcare facilities of one type or another will not be considered as qualifying experience. 4. I n response to other questions received, the following information is provided: a. The appraisals are being processed under HUD's TAP program. b. To confirm, any offeror taking exception to substantial requirements of the RFP, e.g., the 45-day delivery time, will be evaluated as non-responsive. Hopefully, the division of these 11 properties into the five groups as reflected on the REVISED Quotation Sheet will address this issue for any offeror who was concerned about the delivery time or other issues.
