- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA FLIGHT AND MAINTENANCE CREWTRAINING Reference # 2009-09-14-210H which was posted on September 16, 2009. You arenotified that Paragraph 1 of the description pertaining to NASA's flight and maintenance crew trainingis revised to be read as follows:NASA/HQ is hereby solicity information about potential sources for NASA's flight andmaintenance crew training. NASA is interested in personnel who can provide commercialoff the shelf training for any or all of the following aircraft: Gulfstream G-II, G-III;Learjet Series 20; King Air 200; and Twin Otter-DeHavilland DHC-6. The training coursesfor the aircraft shall be Initial and Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training, Initial andRecurrent Maintenance Training, Initial and Recurrent Engine Run and Taxi Training andAdditional Simulator Training. Upon request, the contractor would be required to provideReduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) training for the Gulf G-II/II and Learjet 2-series aircraft. The training for the aircraft listed above should comprise of bothclassroom and simulator training (left seat). The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=04 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
