- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 336999 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 Ref RFQ FE206792520045 Purchase of 3 Each Low speed vehicle/electric golf carts configured to include: Quantity 1, two/four passenger model with convertible flip seat/cargo box Quantity 2, four/six passenger model with convertible flip seat/cargo box Electric Dash mounted state of charge meter Hour Meter Heavy Duty Front Bumper Two way radio/cup holders Hard top windshield with wiper Rear view mirrors Left & right side mirrors Seat Belts Slow moving vehicle triangle Head/tail/brake lights, turn signals, horn and 4 way emergency flashers Roof mounted safety strobe light Warranty New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed 30 - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Quotations should be emailed to Randall Miller (randall.miller.1@robins.af.mil) no later than 25 Sept 09, 2:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 29 Sept 09. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
