- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No F6Z3SB9223A001 applies and is issued as a Request for Proposal. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This requirement requires at least two years of successful solid waste / dumpster removal service on a government military installation. Government references are required. Interested contractors must be located within 30 miles of the Combat Readiness Training Center. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System NAICS code is 562111 sizes standard is $15.5 Mil. The Governments requirement is sanitary dumpster services to base locations on the Combat Readiness Training Center designated in the contract. The contract will be awarded based on past performance and price. Bid Schedule is in appendix A of the attached SOW. Pricing for service should be lump sum over 12 months.
